Careers at Eagle
We're always interested in connecting with disciplined, professional, and proven security operators who share our standards.
This Isn't a Uniform Job.
Eagle Universal Protective recruits security professionals who take the work seriously — operators who can carry themselves in any environment, from a private residence to a corporate boardroom to a high-traffic event floor. If that's you, we want to hear from you.
The Eagle Standard for Our People
Competitive Pay
Hourly and salaried compensation that reflects the professional level of the assignment — not minimum-industry rates.
Ongoing Training
Continuing professional development through the Eagle Training Academy — at no cost to active operatives.
Career Pathways
Clear progression from post officer to specialized protective work, supervisory roles, and training instruction.
Real Schedules
Honest scheduling, predictable hours, and respect for time off. We don't burn through operatives.
Professional Standards
A culture built around discipline, presentation, and respect — for clients, for the public, and for each other.
Supportive Leadership
Supervisors with field experience who actually answer their phone — and who back their team when it matters.
